NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE YOUR GROOMING APPOINTMENT?
Things happen, and we understand you may need to cancel or reschedule your grooming appointment. We thank you for doing so ahead of time!

OPTION 1 -
1.- Sig in to Paws&Bows Pet Grooming with square appointments ("My bookings" button below)
2.-Click on menu ( top rigth link)
3.- Click on "My Appointments"
4.- Click on "View Details"
5.- Scroll down and select "reschedule" or "cancel"
OPTION 2-
1.- Visit your appointment confirmation message. You may have received it as a text, or an email or both. If you are looking at your text message confirmation, please click the link.
2.- Scroll down and select CANCEL or RESCHEDULE.
3.- Follow the links on the page to either CANCEL or RESCHEDULE your appointment.

** Please note: You will be able to cancel or reschedule at any time up until one hour prior to your appointment. For example: If your appointment is at 2pm, you will not be able to cancel or reschedule after 1pm. **
