

NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE YOUR GROOMING APPOINTMENT?
Things happen, and we understand you may need to cancel or reschedule your grooming appointment. We thank you for doing so ahead of time!
OPTION 1 -
Click on "My Bookings" button below, you will be redirected to our Square Software Appointments website
Once
1.- Sign in with the same phone number you made your appointment with
2. Click or Select your upcoming appointment
3.- Choose Cancel or Reschedule
4.- See you again once you and your pet are ready again.

OPTION 2-
1.- Visit your appointment confirmation message. You may have received it as a text, or an email or both. If you are looking at your text message confirmation, please click the link.
2.- Scroll down and select CANCEL or RESCHEDULE.
3.- Follow the links on the page to either CANCEL or RESCHEDULE your appointment.

** Please note: You will be able to cancel or reschedule at any time up until one hour prior to your appointment. For example: If your appointment is at 2pm, you will not be able to cancel or reschedule after 1pm. **
