NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE YOUR GROOMING APPOINTMENT?


Things happen, and we understand you may need to cancel or reschedule your grooming appointment. We thank you for doing so ahead of time! Our time is so valuable, not to mention your $15 deposit (if you place one).  With online booking, you have total control of how you manage your appointment. Here's how:


1.- Visit your appointment confirmation message. You may have received it as a text, or an email. If you are looking at your text message confirmation, please click the link.

2.-  Scroll down and select CANCEL or RESCHEDULE. 

3.- Follow the links on the page to either CANCEL or RESCHEDULE your appointment.

** Please note: You will be able to cancel or reschedule at any time up until one hour prior to your appointment. For example: If your appointment is at 2pm, you will not be able to cancel or reschedule after 1pm. **
